COVID-19 Case Management and Return to Work Services
Our Case Management Department consists of medically trained case managers who can provide medical knowledge and experience to guide potential or COVID-19 positive workers through their recovery and quarantine periods. Our goal is to ensure the workers get the care they need, physically and mentally, while facilitating a safe and efficient return to work.
The return to work plan is customizable for each employee by the assigned case manager, PA and medical director. The individuals will be contacted by the case manager every 24-72 hours, depending on their physical and mental health. They will alert the overseeing healthcare provider of any changes, who will then give a medical recommendation. The case managers are there to answer questions, assist with finding resources, and track their health.
