The latest SMS Standout nominee is Gulf Coast Recruiter Joey Broussard. Joey was nominated by HR Manager Allyson Duck for excellent performance.  Allyson said, “Joey transferred into a Recruiting role about a year ago and he has been a valuable addition to our team. Joey lent a new hire cold weather gear for his project in the Northeast.  When Joey found out the cold weather gear would not be in time for his departure, he gave the new hire his FR jacket to bring with him. Joey has also received kudos from recruits on his knowledge of the position and company, responsiveness and consistent communication.” Congratulations Joey! We sat down with Joey to find out where his generosity comes from. Here’s a sneak peek into a day in the life of Joey Broussard.
