Congratulations to SMS Standout Scott Henry. Scott was recognized for his leadership and willingness to listen to his team and work out any problems they have. He has gone above and beyond several times to make sure his team has everything needed to be successful at their site. When a coworker fell ill and was flown off his asset, Scott checked on him every day to see if there was anything he needed. Scott is a great example of how important it is to value people.
