Safety Management Systems Billing Team Lead Sheree Morvant was recognized as the Acadian Companies 2020 Employee-Owner of the Year.

Sheree has been with SMS for 11 years and has been an active member of our ESOP Committee for two years. She promotes ESOP within the company by educating employees on the benefits of ESOP participation.
She personally reaches out to the newly eligible employees in her area to schedule one-on-one time to discuss the benefits of investing in their future. She engages her SMS coworkers to participate in company-wide ESOP events. For Acadian’s annual Battle for the Paddle company cook-off, Sheree has led her SMS team to win seven paddle awards for best ESOP-themed booth decorations. In 2019, she organized our popular ESOP social and received high praise for contributing to its success.
