We sat down with Katlin to find out how he lives the SMS mission. He loves coaching his son’s baseball team, steak and spending time with his family.

 

AC: Describe a typical day at work.

KJ: The majority of my work is done on the road.  I spend a lot of time on the phone with clients staffing inspection positions.  

 

AC: How do you get pumped up for the day?

KJ: By knowing that the employees in the field depend on me to keep them busy.

 

AC: What was the best vacation you have ever taken?

KJ: The beach spending time with my family.  

 

AC: Describe yourself in one sentence.

KJ: Hardworking and passionate

 

AC: What is your favorite thing about your job?

KJ: Being able to provide jobs for my guys.

 

AC: What food could you live on for a month?

KJ: Steak

 

AC: How do you stay motivated at work?

KJ: By knowing there are people depending on me, and always wanting to strive to be better in my career.

 

AC: What has been the most fulfilling moment in your career so far?

KJ: When Liberty merged with SMS

KJ: Always lookout for yourself and others while working on the job

KJ: Coaching my son’s baseball team
