Congratulations to SMS Standout Chuck Hebert. Chuck is a support supervisor and has coordinated and helped with the start-up of the Shell hotels in Texas and Louisiana. He trained the onsite staff, made sure all samples made it to the lab, even if he had to pick them up and bring them himself and he communicates with Shell on the processes of the hotel sites. Chuck has a great ability when it comes to teaching and talking to people to help them understand the job they are doing. Please help us congratulate Chuck on an excellent recognition.
