Congratulations to SMS Standout Dennis Duncan. While working offshore, Dennis assisted the paramedic offshore with a cardiac patient in distress. Even though he was working offshore as a safety technician, Dennis quickly realized the severity of the situation and use his paramedic skills to assist the medic.
