Emily was recognized for living the SMS mission, quality of work, and excellent performance. “Emily has many great attributes; she is hard-working, diligent, organized, compassionate, and she’s a great clinician. But today I’d like to recognize her AMAZING attitude. Her relief could not make his regular scheduled crew change due to illness. Emily contacted me and told me she had already moved things around and would cover for him until he could come out. Her husband also works remotely. This sacrifice prevented her from seeing him prior to his deployment. When her relief was finally able to return, he was delayed not once but twice due to weather!” Emily maintained a positive and selfless attitude throughout, and she is so appreciated.
