Congratulations to our SMS Standout Harold Wright. Harold received recognition for the onboarding he was conducting for a client. COVID-19 outbreaks have made things incredibly challenging lately and everyone has been stretched very thin. Harold managed a large number of positive COVID-19 cases and close contacts on board in addition to various non-covid-19 illnesses and all his other duties. He was professional under pressure and made the health and well-being of everyone his top priority. Harold was recognized in the team meeting with a special silver dollar coin for his outstanding performance. Amazing work, Harold!
