J.C. Finding the best-qualified candidates to come onboard with us. Posting job positions, selecting resumes, onboarding candidates, and setting them up for training and orientation.
A.A.What was the best vacation you have ever taken?
J.C. The beach.

J.C.I am goal-oriented and focused.
A.A. What is your favorite thing about your job?
J.C.I love talking to new people and giving job offers is rewarding.

J.C. Chips and dip.
A.A. Do you have a side hustle, hobby, or volunteer group that you’re involved in outside of work? What else do you spend your time doing?
J.C. I like to paint and house renovate.
A.A. How do you stay motivated at work?
J.C. I like to stay busy and my kids are my biggest support system.
A.A. What has been the most fulfilling moment in your career so far?
J.C. A candidate was laid off from a previous job due to COVID-19 and cried when she got a position with us.

J.C. Isla Fisher.

J.C. Becoming a mother.

J.C. Painting and being outdoors with my kids.

J.C. I wish I could decide on a restaurant to eat at, I’m always hungry for everything.

J.C. You can do anything for a short period of time, don’t give up.
