Congratulations to SMS Standout Nick Jaynes. Nick is a remote paramedic and was very busy on his last hitch with ill crew members. Not only did he manage a very high caseload, but he did so with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor. Additionally, he developed additional protocols to limit the spread of illness and even helped draft the guidelines that were emailed out to the crew. Great work, Nick!
