Congratulations to SMS Standout Nicole Sonnier. Nicole was recently nominated for quickly and efficiently communicating with a client when an initial batch of invoices was rejected. She was able to resubmit the majority of the invoices almost immediately for approval. This was no small feat given the scope of the project, and she did a tremendous job. Great work, Nicole!
