Congratulations to SMS Standout Niki Wyatt. Niki is an EMT that is a site lead at one of our testing facilities and was nominated for excellent performance and quality of work. Niki has been an outstanding leader and supervisor. She effortlessly calibrates between SMS, Shell and PHI with interpersonal skills. When a problem arises, she tackles the issue head-on making a quick resolve. She is always consistent in her job performance and leadership. Niki works tirelessly from early morning, extending throughout the day taking on different roles to support the team. When things get frustrating, she has a sense of humor that puts a smile on everyone’s face. Niki is an asset to the team, to the site and to the company. Awesome work, Niki.
