Amazing job to our SMS standout Pat McCoy. Pat is a remote paramedic and was recently nominated for customer recognition, excellent performance, living the SMS mission, and quality of work. Pat performed 40 serology tests offshore in one day and executed the tests using the proper protocol for Na Kika. He was very professional and did a great job.
