Congratulations to our SMS Standout Brandi Sonnier. SMS recently upgraded their time keeping system and getting everyone trained in the new system can be quite a challenge. We had several safety technicians and medics struggling with some of the specifics of the new system. When Brandi got word about this, she took the initiative to speak to each person. She took the time to logon to each individual’s timesheet as they observed what she was doing, while sharing her screen and walking each person through the process. Thank you, Brandi, for taking the time and going above and beyond to have everyone fully understand the new system.
