Walley is a resident of Brandon, Mississippi, and has been with SMS for one year. After joining SMS, he was assigned to emergency response efforts in the Grand Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian’s landfall. The project entailed providing medical support for the crews working to restore destroyed infrastructure. Walley functioned as SMS’ lead paramedic, ensuring that the field infirmary and patients got the attention they deserved. He maintained a smoothly running patient care clinic, assessed and treated patients, and attended multi-agency operations meetings.

He currently works as a high-risk evaluator at a quarantine facility in Houma, Louisiana, ensuring that essential workers have a virus-free environment.

Walley holds many years of EMS, firefighting and law enforcement experience.

“Chris is known by our team as the go-to guy. Our medical director, Dr. Donald Thibodaux, commends Chris for his quality patient care. Our clients have commented on the outstanding performance Chris has provided to their companies and the oil cleanup response,” said SMS President Scott Domingue.

Safety Management Systems is one of the largest health, safety, environmental, medical, inspection and emergency response companies in the United States. A division of Acadian Companies, Safety Management Systems provides services to all areas of the energy and industrial construction markets.
